When can I receive my first payout?

You can receive your first payout from day one. iFunds doesn't impose any payout cycles or waiting periods, all payouts are available on demand.

What is the minimum payout amount I can withdraw?

The minimum withdrawal amount is $50 total profit, which means the smallest profit split you can withdraw is $25.

How long does it take to receive my payout?

All payouts are processed within a few hours. If your payout is not processed within 24 hours, you will be entitled to receive a 10% compensation up to $1000.

Can I request multiple payouts on the same day?

Yes there is no limit on the number of payouts you can receive per day.

What is the maximum allowed payout amount?

There is no limit on how much you can receive per payout.

Can I accumulate profits in my account or must I request a payout at some point?

You can accumulate profits on your account without any restrictions.

Can I request a payout while I have an open trade on my account?

There shouldn't be any open trades with floating P&L at the time you submit a payout request because that would make the P&L calculation inaccurate. Therefore, when you would like to submit a payout request, please make sure that all trades are closed.

Can I place a trade on my account while I have a pending payout request?

Yes, but if the requested amount is no longer available in your account's equity due to floating loss, then your request will be declined due to insufficient funds. 

What happens if I enter the wrong wallet address?

Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for lost transfers due to misspelling your wallet address or selecting the wrong blockchain network.

What are the available withdrawal methods?

You can withdraw your payout directly to your cryptocurrency wallet, but soon you will be able to withdraw to you Rise Pay account.
