What is the Daily Drawdown Limit?
What is the Maximum Drawdown limit?
The maximum drawdown (overall loss limit) can be selected by the trader during registration. It ranges from 6% to 10%, and you can set your own Max Drawdown without any extra fees.
How is the Maximum Drawdown limit calculated?
The maximum drawdown limit is static and it's calculated as a percentage of the initial balance of the account.
Example:
Account Size | $10,000 |
Selected Max DD | 10% |
Maximum Allowed Loss | $1000 |
Disqualification Equity Level | $9000 |
If the account's equity reaches the Disqualification Equity Level at any time, the account will be disqualified regardless of the closed profit.
The profit split is up to 80% depending on your selected Maximum Drawdown limit. Here is a list of the available Max DD/Profit Split combinations:
Maximum Drawdown | Profit Split |
---|---|
10% | 50% |
8% | 60% |
7% | 70% |
