Do I have to pass an evaluation phase before I get funded?
No, iFunds offers instant funded accounts without an evaluation phase. You can start trading on your funded account and receive payouts from day one.
iFunds offers instant funded accounts starting from $2500 up to $500,000. You can find all available plans on our Pricing page.
How long does it take to receive my account credentials?
You will receive your funded account credentials immediately after completing the purchase.
What happens if I don't complete the payment during the registration?
No problem, you will receive access to your Trader Portal as soon as you submit the registration form. If you don't complete the payment during the registration, you can login to your Trader Portal and make a purchase from there.
What are the available payment methods?
We accept multiple payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, Cryptocurrencies, SEPA bank transfers, and other local payment methods such as KoraPay, PIX, and bank transfers. You will see the available option for your country on the registration page or inside the Trader Portal.
Can I buy multiple accounts at the same time?
Yes, there is no limit on the number of active funded accounts you can have at iFunds.
Can I buy two accounts and merge them into one?
No, we don't have the options to merge two funded accounts into one account.
Can I get a refund?
As per our refund policy, you are entitled for a full refund within 5 days from the purchase time given that you haven't traded on your funded account.
What are the restricted countries at iFunds?
We cannot accept clients from the United States, North Korea, Syria, Iran, and Myanmar..
Why am I getting an error message "Email already exists" when I'm trying to sign up?
You probably signed up as an affiliate with the same email address. To sign up as a trader, you would need to use a different email address.
When can I receive my first payout?
You can receive your first payout from day one, iFunds doesn't have any payout cycles or waiting periods. All payouts are available on demand.
